How do I obtain a password?

To obtain a password you will need the following information:

    • Your Innovative Art customer number
    • The number of one of your last five Innovative Art invoices.
    • The telephone number of your receiving (store) location.

When you are ready to set up your password, click the First Time User? link. Enter the information as requested and click the Submit button. The system will process your information and send a password back to you.

Please make a note of it. If you need assistance, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-227-1720 (7am-5pm PST) or your sales representative.

Why isn’t my order showing in the system?

Your order can be viewed on this system after your order has been entered into our system. If the order you are researching does not appear in the Wholesale Order Inquiry system, please contact your sales representative.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We strive to process and ship all orders within 72 hours from receipt of the order by our corporate office.

How long will it take my order to arrive once it has been shipped?

All product is shipped from Hayward, California. Transit times vary from 1- 7 days depending on your location.

How do I place an order on your website?
